We embed high-quality, proven programming in the business, education and workforce sectors outside of the K-12 system to end the intergenerational cycle of poverty and illiteracy. Increasing School Readiness
One of the largest of its kind in Central Texas, our bilingual parenting program provides parents the skills they need to prepare their children for kindergarten.
Improving the Service Delivery System
We help local programs serving low-skilled adults redesign their programs to be more effective.
Employee turnover among participants has decreased by 16 percent. This saved us $250,000 or seven times what we spent on the program—a darn good return on investment!
